GEN 4 CHARGES FOR AERODROMES/HELIPORTS AND AIR NAVIGATION SERVICES

GEN 4.1 AERODROME/HELIPORT CHARGES

1 Landing Charge

1.1 A landing charge shall be charged for the landing of an aircraft at an aerodrome for each 1000 kg of the maximum take-off weight (MTOW) of an aircraft, or part thereof, as follows (in Euros, EUR):

1.2 Using Kärdla, Kuressaare, Pärnu and Tartu aerodromes outside the operational hours, an additional charge is applied per landing:
  1. of aircraft with MTOW up to 2700 kg – 31.96 EUR;
  2. of aircraft with MTOW more than 2700 kg – 63.91 EUR.

The additional charge is also applied in cases when an aircraft lands during AD OPR HR but the provision of requested air traffic control service or flight information service starts outside AD OPR HR.

1.3 30% discount on landing and terminal navigation charges is applied to school flights at Kärdla, Kuressaare and Pärnu aerodromes, if the filled flight plan contains a note „RMK/SCHOOLFLIGHTS“ and to training flights if the filled flight plan contains a note „RMK/TRAINING FLIGHT”.
1.4 Discounts applied at Lennart Meri Tallinn aerodrome are published in the price list of Tallinn Airport Ltd (airlinerelations@tll.aero).

2 Parking Charge

2.1 No parking charge shall be charged for aircraft which have been parked at an aerodrome for less than 3 hours. The free parking time of 6 hours is applied to all cargo aircraft.
2.2 A parking charge shall be paid for an aircraft parked at the territory of an aerodrome. The parking charge has been set as shown below (in EUR) for each 1000 kg, or part thereof, calculated from the maximum take-off weight (MTOW) of the aircraft and charged for each period of 24 hours, or part thereof.

1) The minimum charge for each parking, however, shall be 3.83 EUR.

3 Passengers Charge

3.1 A passenger Charge Shall be Paid:

A passenger charge shall be paid for each departing passenger as follows (in EUR):

3.2 Passenger Charges Shall not be Collected for:
3.2.1 Children under the age of two, if they travel without a separate ticket.
3.2.2 Person assigned to inspect the aircraft, its equipment or crew or is on the way to perform these duties.
3.2.3 Aircraft crew members on a journey in connection with their duties.
3.2.4 Persons participating in search and rescue or training flights.
3.2.5 If the aircraft’s MTOW does not exceed 2700 kg (at Kärdla, Kuressaare, Pärnu, Tartu aerodromes).

4 Take-off Charge

4.1 A take-off charge shall be charged for an aircraft taking off at an aerodrome outside the aerodrome operational hours on the basis of prior request for air traffic control service or aerodrome flight information service, as follows (in EUR):

4.2 The take-off charge is applied in cases when an aircraft departures during AD OPR HR but the provision of requested air traffic control service or flight information service starts outside AD OPR HR.

5 Charge for a Disabled Passenger or Passenger with Reduced Mobility

5.1 Charge for passenger with disability or reduced mobility is charged for each departing passenger, as follows (in EUR):

5.2 A 100% discount on the fee for disabled passenger or passenger with reduced mobility has been established for the following passengers:
  • Participants in search, rescue and training flights;
  • Transit passengers;
  • A person assigned to control an aircraft, its equipment or crew, or who flies to perform this task;
  • Aircraft crew members on their way to their workplace;
  • Participants in ambulance flights.
