Transmission of Space Weather Advisory Information in Tallinn FIR

1 General

The purpose of the circular is to inform ATM/ANS providers, aeronautical information providers and airport and aircraft operators about the changes of the transmission of the space weather advisory information (SWX advisory) in conjunction with the implementation of the IWXXM model as of 05 NOV 2020.

2 Applicable in Tallinn FIR

The compilation, continuous monitoring and transmission of space weather advisory information for Tallinn FIR is done by PECASUS Consortium (PECASUS Finland and PECASUS United Kingdom as backup).

Valid SWX advisories are available from National Weather Service website and upon request from EANS Integrated Briefing Office by phone +372 625 8282, +372 625 8293, +372 605 8905 or by e-mail fpl.tugi@eans.ee.
